This flow style of yoga is offered at ALBEMARLE CHIROPRACTIC CENTER. Classes are taught by DR. CONNIE who is an RYT200 yoga instructor, and is also certified in both Prenatal Yoga & Power Pilates. Yoga has the potential to bring you back into balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
